All bookings include complimentary tea and coffee, high-speed Wi-Fi, and one parking permit. Additional parking can be arranged upon request. Please note that all listed prices are exclusive of VAT. Overtime outside of our standard 8am-8pm hours is charged at a rate of £75 per hour.

- Features a gritty, raw industrial aesthetic with convenient ground-floor ramped access.
- Includes a wide range of backdrops, stands, and professional grip free of charge.
- Offers full lighting control with blackout capability on request and robust three-phase power.
- Equipped with a dedicated makeup table, clothes rail, and a Bluetooth-enabled speaker for your shoot.
All bookings include complimentary tea and coffee, high-speed Wi-Fi, and one parking permit. Additional parking can be arranged upon request. Please note that all listed prices are exclusive of VAT. Overtime outside of our standard 8am-8pm hours is charged at a rate of £75 per hour.

Where can I see Prices of Each Studio?
Studio 1 and 2 can be found here. along with more photographs and studio details.
Is there make-up and dressing facilities?
Yes, we have a dressing room in Studio 1 , with a make-up mirror and a rail. The basement also has a mirror
Can I get Equipment delivered to the studio before my shoot?
Yes – Please let us know in advance and arrange times with us prior to booking.
Do you provide Film / Photography production , events or social content packages?
Yes, we offer both production, events and social content packages. Please look at our Production Packages page for more
Do you have catering?
We don’t offer catering directly, but we do have a small kitchenette that you’re welcome to use, or you can bring your own catering. Many shoots also go to one of the great local cafes nearby.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
We offer Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 500-600 Mbps download and 35-50 Mbps upload.
Do you have Parking?
Yes! Parking is available on Elderfield Road, we give one free parking permit with full day bookings Additional permits are £20 each.

Will there be someone on hand to help with setting up?
Yes, we always have a member of staff on site to help you get oriented when you first arrive. Lighting Assistants and other dedicated crew can also be arranged beforehand!
Can we bring our own kit , or do we have to hire from you?
You’re welcome to bring your own kit. However, it’s always worth getting a quote from us for equipment hire, as we offer very competitive prices.
What is the size of your studios?
The Loft and The Basement each offer 900 sqft of space, and we also have The Garden, a tranquil outdoor area coming soon.
